Laura V is a Spiritual Teacher, Intuitive Healer, Sacred Circle Facilitator, and Energy Channel.
She is the founder of Awakened Soul and creator of the Embodied Awakening Circle and 28 Days of Invocation Practice. Through her signature blend of divine invocation, intuitive healing, and soul-level presence, Laura guides women on the path from self-doubt into deep, radiant embodiment.
Known for the calming, catalytic power of her voice, Laura channels custom invocation journeys and healing transmissions that open the heart and reconnect women to their Higher Self. Her work is rooted in the practice of Instant Divine Assistance—originally taught by Benjamin Bernstein—combined with her own channeled invocations and decades of space-holding experience.
Before answering the call to spiritual leadership, Laura spent over a decade as a music teacher and creative studio owner, guiding children to find “the music within.” Her journey into healing began in 2017 after repressed trauma surfaced. Diagnosed with dissociative identity disorder, she devoted herself to deep emotional healing and spiritual awakening—drawing from somatic tools, energy work, and divine guidance.
In 2023, a breakthrough session with Benjamin Bernstein catalyzed her soul-level embodiment. From there, her energy work began to flow. What began as a personal practice quickly became a professional path. She started hosting women’s healing circles, channeling invocations, creating energy programs, and leading transformational spaces online and in person.
Today, Laura continues to walk the path of the awakened soul—teaching women how to listen, receive, and embody their truth. Her mission is to help women clear what’s heavy, connect with their Spirit Guides, and call in peace, clarity, and the power of their Divine Essence.
